The Tamheer Training Program will provide trainees an opportunity to experience RAC’s unique working environment. Trainees will be involved RAC daily operations and management, earn exposure through meaningful projects and gain valuable workplace experience.

• The applicant must be Saudi nationality.
• The applicant must be fluent in English.
• The applicant must hold a degree of diploma, bachelor or above.
• The applicant must be qualified for Tamheer program.
• The applicant must not have registered in The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in the past six months.
• The applicant must not be a current employee.
• The applicant must not have already benefitted from Tamheer program.
