Tamheer Program

The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.

In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:

- Should be a Saudi national

- Should have a minimum of diploma degree & above

- Should not be currently employed or registered in the GOSI for the past 6 month.

- Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program 

-English fluency is a must

Targeted Majors:

• Public Relations
• Business Administration ( HR, Accounting, Finance , MIS & Marketing)
• Engineering (Computer , Software, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil)
• Aviation Management
• Cybersecurity
• Quality management
• Statistics or Data Analysis

-Communication Skills 

- Microsoft Office Skills

-Must be Fluent in the English language.
