Job Description

 

The role of a Car Parks Supervisor is to ensure the delivery of an excellent customer experience for all passengers through the Car Park by providing them with appropriate information and assistance in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.

The Car Parks Supervisor plays a critical role in managing and supervising the operational, financial and customer retention focuses of the car parks strategy. This is a 24/7 shift position reporting into the Car Park Manager.

Skills

 

·         Flexible approach to work, ability to work various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)

·         Ability to speak and understand the English language

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required

·         Passionate about customer service

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently

·         Previous experience working in an aviation environment or service driven organisation is desired

·         Ability to speak additional languages is desired

·         Proven ability to lead a team, multi-task, prioritise and manage a heavy workload in a dynamic working environment

·         Excellent IT skills across MS office suite

·         Prove to be collaborative, professional and eager to learn
