Future Airport Leaders Program (GDP)

Program Objective:

The Future Leaders Program aims to attract recently graduated Saudi talents for their professional development in the aviation management sector, while providing them with the opportunity for practical Experience in an integrated work environment.

Program Details:

Duration: 12 Months

Application Requirements:

Fresh graduate

Full-Time Availability

English Language: Step: 83 or Equivalent

GPA:3.75 and above or Equivalent

Universities: Saudi University OR MOE Approved Universities

Nationality: Saudi Nationality

Age: Less than 27 Years Old

Pass all required assessments.

Bachelor with the below majors:

• Engineering “Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar”
• Business Administration “Finance, Marketing, Supply chain Management, Commerce or similar”
• Aviation Management
• Safety Management

Program Activities:

On the Job Experience (On site and International Site visit)

Formal learning (Aviation Knowledge, professional certification, and Leadership, Airport Strategy and digitalization, Airport Commercial, Airport Operations and safety)

Informal learning (Coaching and mentoring)
