About Future Leaders program
"Future Leaders" program, is the first program which targets national graduates, both men and women, from different disciplines. The aim of the program is to attract and develop young Saudi talents with outstanding capabilities to contribute effectively in achieving “Riyadh Airports” vision. The selection process is based on competency and merit criteria and they will be developed through specialized programs, training and educational courses for 12 months. Leading to be specialized and leaders in the fields of civil aviation industry.
• Objectives:
1. Develop the company through human competencies and extract their best potential through training and evaluation provided by "Riyadh airports" for trainees.
2. Given the opportunity to new graduates to acquire experience,
and refining skills to fill the specialized jobs needed by Riyadh
airports.
3. Providing opportunities for our promising youth to apply their
scientific and practical expertise and develop them in the field
of aviation industry.
Program Guidelines:
The program is dedicated for Saudi national only.
Target degree Diploma, Bachelor, and Master.
High GPA (Very-good and above). 3.75 /5.00 or 2.75/4.00 or equivalent.
Maximum acceptable age for each degree:
• Diploma degree holders 23 Years.
• Bachelor degree holders 27 Years.
• Master degree holders 31 Years.

• The certificate must be issued or equivalent by the Ministry of
Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• GPA: 3.75/5 or Equivalent
• Age Criteria:
1. Diploma: Max 23 years
2. Bachelor: Max. 27 years
3. Master’s: Max. 31 years
